The Campanile Hotel Swindon is a modern hotel typical of the brand that was fully refurbished in 2008.  All rooms have  comfy Hypnos beds, flat screen TV (not that you are likely to have much time or inclination to watch TV!), hair dryer and courtesy trays with tea and coffee facilities.  The bathrooms are fitted with shower and bath.

Getting There

Public Transport

The nearest railway station is Swindon about 2 miles east of the hotel. It’s a reasonably straightforward walk for those who are able and there are plenty of taxis available at the station.

Bus number 1 and 1A run about every 10 minutes from Stop G in Fleming Street (close to both the main bus and railway stations) to Westlea, Mannington House, which is a short walk from the hotel along a foot/cycle path.

Car

The hotel is about 2.7 miles from junction 16 (Swindon W) of the M4. From the roundabout over the motorway, take the A3102 exit towards Swindon. Follow the A3102 dual carriageway (also know as Great Western Way) through two roudabouts for 2.2 miles. At the second roundabout the road number changes to B4006. Shortly after the second roundabout take the exit to the left signposted for the Campenile and Delta (not the bus-only one, which comes first!). Then take first left just beyond the car dealership (signed for the hotel).  The hotel is about 0.2 mile on the left.
