This modern hotel sited on the Rail Freight Terminal next to junction 18 of the M1
near the village of Crick and 5 miles from Rugby.
The hotel offers the comfort and facilities we have come to expect from the brand.
Each bedroom is en suite and has the hotel brand’s new Sweet Bed by ibis beds and
bedding plus hairdryer, tea/coffee facilities, desk, etc.
The nearest railway station is Rugby, which is on the West Coast Main Line with frequent
services from London, Birmingham and points north. Bus no 10 operates from near the
station to DIRFT South, about 0.5 mile from the hotel. To find the stop, turn left
out of the main entrance of the station down to Murray Road (the one that has traffic
lights controlling the single track tunnel under the railway). The stop is on the
opposite side of the road about 20 yards to the right. Alternatively, there is a
taxi rank at the station. The journey is about 5.5 miles.
From north or south on the M1 exit at junction 18 and follow signs for the A5 and
DIRFT (or Rail Freight Terminal). At the first roundabout on the A5 take the third
exit into DIRFT (Parklands). The hotel is on the right.
