This is perhaps the most elegant and luxurious venue available for your weekend. The Regency building is in 12-acres of sweeping parkland a few miles to the east of Gloucester.

The bedrooms are all en suite and have all the facilities you would expect in a luxury hotel.

Getting There

Public Transport

The hotel is about 3.7 miles from Gloucester railway station.  The nearest bus stop is about 0.5 mile from the hotel but it has a poor service.  The hotel recommends a taxi which it estimates at about £10.

Car

The hotel is 5 miles from junction 11Aof the M5, which is the recommended exit if travelling from both north (A417 London, Cirencester) and south (A417 Gloucester, Cirencester). From the north take the slip road that merges into the A417.  From the south, take the slip road that loops to the right under the motorway, signed for Cirencester. At the roundabout take the first exit onto the A417 (Cirencester).

After merging onto the A417 stay in the left lane and exit at the next junction (A46 Stroud/ Cheltenham). Take the third exit at the roundabout onto the A46 (Shurdington Rd) towards Stroud. Go straight on through another roundabout for about 1.8 miles until the road starts to climb and curve. Look out for a sign marking Coopers Hill to the left and Upton St Leonards to the right. Take the right turn into Nuthill (there’s also a small sign for the hotel at the road end). Go for about 1.3 miles until you come to a give way sign. Turn right (sign for hotel) onto Bondend Road.  After a short distance turn right again into Bondend Lane. In about 200 yards you’ll come to the hotel entrance on the right.
